Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Binaural Waves mobile application (the “App”), published by REVSTREAM LLC (“we”, “us”), handles your information. We designed the App to work privately on your device.

1. The short version

Binaural Waves runs locally on your device. We do not operate accounts on our own servers, we do not collect analytics, we do not show ads, and we do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device (and in your private iCloud/device backups, if you enable them) and is not transmitted to us:

• personalization quiz answers (goals, age range, how you found us) — used only to tailor your content feed;
• listening history, favorites, program progress and player settings;
• a random, anonymous on-device identifier generated locally;
• referral/invite counters used to unlock in-app rewards.

3. Optional sign-in

You may optionally link your profile using Sign in with Apple (on iOS) or Sign in with Google (on Android). This is handled by Apple or Google. We receive only a stable, provider-issued user identifier, which is stored on your device to recognize your profile; Apple may hide your email address through its Private Relay service. You can use the App fully without signing in — by default the App uses a random, anonymous on-device identifier.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (iOS) or by Google through Google Play Billing (Android). We never receive or store your payment card details. Your subscription and purchase status is verified on your device through Apple’s StoreKit or Google Play Billing. Please also review the privacy policies of Apple and Google.

5. Notifications

With your permission, the App may send local notifications (for example, gentle reminders). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device Settings.

6. Analytics and advertising

The App contains no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not track you across apps or websites.

7. Deleting your data

You can delete all local data at any time: open Menu → Account → Delete account, or simply delete the App from your device. Once removed, the data cannot be recovered.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 4 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the “Last updated” date above.
